• Sylvania’s range of High Pressure Sodium Lamps are ErP compliant and combine excellent efficacy with extremely long life. These elliptical and tubular lamps radiate high levels of warm white light and have low operating costs making them suitable for streetlighting and industrial applications. Sylvania has 4 ranges to suit your needs: Super, Basic Plus, Self-Starting and Twinarc.
• The SHP TwinArc lamp uses two arc tubes to double the lamp life compared to SHP Super lamps. Due to the double burner concept early lamp failure rate is significantly reduced and the hot re-strike feature allows for more safety on streets, airports and other public places. The TwinArc lamps are direct retrofits for Standard Sodium lamps and can thus be used in the same installations with no modifications necessary. In addition to this range, Sylvania offers two ranges of standard Sodium lamp – SHP Super and Basic Plus – and a Selfstarting lamp which contains and internal ignitor.
